ESCIF Congress and Assembly of Delegates was held in Italy, concretely in a countryside village of the region of Tuscany named Lucignano from Wednesday 23 May to Friday 25 May 2012. The Congress was hosted by the Italian organisation FAIP.
The theme was highly topical: The impact of the ongoing economic crisis on the lives of people with SCI in Europe.
The aim was to exchange information and to reach an agreement on what actions can be taken in ESCIF member countries. The Delegates’ Assembly lasted longer than usual, as we wished to have more time for input from our members about projects in their own countries.
